The Blast Your Bench Program.

Feeling frustrated and stuck with your bench press? Not able to get stronger?

Well, you definitely are not alone. So many weightlifters plateau at a certain weight and just can't seem to get any further.

But fear not; there is a solution, The Blast Your Bench Program.

This program is designed by strength coach and competitive bodybuilder Lee Hayward to help you increase your bench press in just 3 weeks. You can actually expect gains of up to 51 pounds on your bench press.

This program uses tried-and-tested strength- and muscle-building principles, specifically designed to help you break through those frustrating plateaus and ignite new levels of strength. This workout combines heavy lifting with high-volume training to effectively stimulate muscle growth and help you reach new levels of performance.

How does the Blast Your Bench Program work?

Let's dive in.

*The first week is just devoted to building a strong base in strength and muscle. You start off in the first week with heavy, compound exercises like bench press, squat, and deadlift, using challenge-weights that you can manage to complete. You should get close but not actually reach failure.

Not only that, but in addition to heavy lifting, you will add accessory exercises to your workout routine that will hit muscle groups in an effort to build overall strength.
Such exercises will include tricep extensions, shoulder presses, and chest flys.

You'll be gradually increasing the weight you are lifting up to a peak set where you really push yourself to the limit. By the end of that week, you will realise that you feel stronger and much more confident.

*The second week of the program is when the intensity really kicks off . You'll be doing more sets and reps with a lighter weight to build muscles and endurance as well.

In addition to the big compound lifts, you'll throw in supersets and drop sets .

At the end of the week, you will feel the effects of the increased volume in your training. Your muscles are going to be fatigued, pumped, and ready to take on new challenges.

*Peak performance is the focus of the last week of the program. You will lift heavy, low-rep sets, trying to move as much weight as you can.

Besides the heavy lifts, we will add explosive exercises such as plyometrics and speed work that will help improve power output and explosiveness. This will allow you to apply it to the bench press directly, enabling you to turn in heavier lifts with quite some level of ease.

By the end of the program, you will be hitting new personal records on your bench press and feeling the strongest, most powerful you have ever felt in your life.
